Bulan ini, Wiewiek dan saya sesudah menjalani review dari teman-teman sekerja di Asia Pasifik yang difasilitasi oleh pak Bulus Bossan salah satu wakil pemimpin Navigator global.

Berikut adalah hasil dari survey tersebut dan juga pernyataan pembaruan penugasan baru bagi kami.

Dear Agung and Wiewiek,

It is my pleasure to convey to you Mutua’s -our International President- approval of the decision to renew your term as AP RD for another 5 years effective January 2025.

This decision was arrived at after prayer and consultation with the AP Leadership Team, the Point Person Team, the NDs and other stakeholders in the ministry, who, in their feedback as they reviewed your first term, had this to say (in summary):

• Agung’s big strength: spiritual leadership – personal humility, integrity and depth with God. Excellent discernment of ‘on-the-ground’ strategic issues. Conscientious. Focused. Listener. Peacemaker.
• He inspires others to be and contribute their best. 2 people said this has been their ‘most healthy and impactful’ 5 years in ministry.
• Embraces diversity, inclusiveness… this has led to strong relational unity, love and trust across the region.
• Enables the embracing of and alignment to the Core… passion for the lost among the religious mainstreams is high.
• Major need: clarity and simplicity in communicating ideas and concepts.

We are thankful to God for you 2 and the wonderful ways He has used you to bring so much encouragement, health and fruitfulness in our work in Asia Pacific. May He lead you all to higher ground as you continue to walk with Him and serve His purposes in the nations.
